Saturday: 20 minutes walking, don't really count anything else Sunday 15 minutes dancing around the house (probably more but I'll leave it there) Today: 10+10+10+10=40 minutes walking, + 45 minutes eliptial =85 minutes 335 existing +20+15+85= 455 Goal: 900 Achieved so far:455 Amount to Reach Goal: 445 |

I will post every few days. Yesterday I spent 2 hours in the yard working but only counting 60 min as exercise. Today I mowed the yard with a push mower. 30 min. Tonight I worked lime into my garden and planted. It took over an hour but counting 30 min

Oh right, i forgot about this thread. Well yesterday much to my surprise i started running again. I found a training program that i've decided to follow. It only requires two outings a week and is easy for me to start with. Later on there will be three sessions. But i could always keep it to two if i weren't hoping to join a race at the end of the year.
So yes yesterday was running 1.5 miles.2.5kilometres and walking 2 minutes , then running 2 minutes. Couldn't be much easier than that. it took me 18 minutes but there's no time constraint. |
Didn't make time for exercise yesterday. Will shoot for 45 minutes or so today to start to catch up.

I am doing my little resistance exercises everyday. I didn't do them until late last night yesterday. I've still got sore muscles from my running on tuesday. I hope they are better by tomorrow. And i wonder if i will have sore muscles every time for quite a while since i'm going to be pushing myself speed wise. I hope not.
