Even the sharks didn't want the amount of carbs I ate yesterday.

I dragged myself back in the boat this morning and had a care package of healthy food dropped to the galley. I'm trying to get my mind back in healthy mode. That's my goal for today.

Whoa, sounds like we're all struggling a bit. I'm doing okay as far as eating and exercise go. Very wet when it comes to posting daily. And the scale is not budging.
