Default 10 Days In The Lifeboat #87

Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.

Trying this again:
My goals
1: Stay OUT of the water
2: Concentrate on sticking closely to my WW program
3: Not giving up and knowingly sabotaging myself

Not a dry day as far as goals go. On the plus side, my WI tonight showed a 4.6 lb. loss for the week. Woohoo.

I felt a little disappointed while shopping for new shirts today. Nothing was fitting right and I had to keep reminding myself that different styles/brands, etc. fit differently. I can't wait until I experience my first NSV!

Tomorrow's another day... hopefully I can keep myself in the boat and stay dry! I hope everyone had a great day.

Hi all. I'm editing this because this morning I realized that my WW online program has been in "maintenance" mode for a long time. So, strictly speaking, I will not be sticking to my daily points, because that would mean dropping by 7 points and I don't think I can hack it! So I'm going to stick to the dailies I have been doing for the last month or so, with the idea of working myself down to the current target by the time finals week is over.

Glad to see the boat so full.

My goals for this leg:

1. Stick to 44 points a day, and shoot for 43 whenever possible.
2. Walk or walk/jog daily, outside whenever possible.
3. Strive for full hydration daily.

Happy sailing everyone!

Thanks Jzbelle. Glad to see everyone is staying dry!

Today was a dry day for me (first one in a while, I think). I drank all 3 water bottles (and another half of one) & ate within 2 points of my daily target. Woohoo.

Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.

I was going to slack and just lurk, but then how would I lose weight?
I want to lose weight!
My goal is to eat on plan foods only between 8am and 4pm.
Judy back in the boat and grab an oar!
Angela I read about your points being in maintenence. Sorry for the shock. Glad you are staying strong!
Jazzi & Stephanie glad to see the two of you also.
Who else is lurking and needs to join for accountability? Come join us.

I'm over the last few days spent in the water. Today WILL be dry! I've glued the velcro to my seat and have it firmly wrapped around my waist. I'm going to row my heart out today and stick to my goals!

I'm in the boat, want to stay in the boat.... May have to go out to dinner tomorrow for a work-related function. Not many good choices at that restaurant [Mexican],

Glad you decided to join us after all Ubee!

Good luck staying dry today j-ann. You've got this!!

JzBelle - Ooo dinner out is always a tough one for me, especially if it's not a chain restaurant (harder to find nutritional info). But you can do this! Can't wait to hear how it goes.

I spent yesterday doggy-paddling along-side the boat. Lol.

Here's to a DRY day for all of us.
