fell in yesterday, I knew it was going to happen but didn't resist like I should have....

I really need to tighten up what I'm doing. I'm not losing at all, in fact my weight is up 1 lb this week--could mostly be salt but its not the right direction

I've been all weekend and just caught up with the boat Ubee. Glad you're doing well. I've got my oars and plan to stay on board today. New day to do my best to meet my goals!

I've been for days!

I'm doing okay staying within my daily points (other than yesterday when I dipped into my weekly points by 2), but I can't seem to get my water down!!

I hope everyone has a great day. I have a WI tonight and I'm not sure how it's gonna go.
