I see all of the different threads at the top of the page. I'd like to get to know everyone better. Where is the best place to jump in?

Hi Amberp, and welcome!

There are 2 different daily discussion threads (300+ Chat Thread February and 300+ Getting Fit After 40). Participate in either or both, wherever you feel comfortable.

You'll see some other threads that might be self-explanatory (people asking specific questions, like yours). But if you're not sure, just dive in and start reading and see what interests you.

The "10 Days in the Life Boat" is a daily accountability thread, where we try to limit ourselves to checking in to say yes, I was on plan today or no I wasn't. We keep it to 10 days to make it a manageable span from port to port.
