WANNA - I know right?? Will update below on my doc visit WTG on the loss .. I know it may not have been extreme but hot dawg you rock it alternate weeks lol so your average is still right up there

WATCH - look at you still rocking ... I hope you are really proud of yourself?

UBEE - Yay .. see you back on track ok Little steps and not looking back remember Hugs

SUNNY - Yay! Well done! that 3-0 is looming and Im sure you have something special planned to celebrate another 10 gone Very proud of you

Hi all ... well the dreaded doctors visit was this morning .. don't know why I keep putting off seeing the doc .. just never a fan lol ..
1 - He was a little concerned about a few abnormal moles .. so that will be getting looked at further after the tummy is sorted and probably removed - better safe than sorry especially after my sister was diagnosed with Melanoma over a year ago ...
2 - Back pain ... this is going to be looked at after the moles and tummy as its not the most worrying
3 - Blood Pressure etc - really good ... he is really pleased with the loss, although he has said to slow it down a little while we are working out the issues as it may be affecting it.
4 - Belly ... he does think its gallstones soooo getting booked in for a scan and blood work done (darn vampires again ) .. then once those results come through we review the options ... possibly surgery to remove either the stones or the whole gallbladder ... meanwhile for the pain I will just have to have some painkillers or get through it as much as I can .. probably the latter cos I refuse meds (which he knows very well as I always turn down prescriptions lol).

Soooo in limbo for a little while yet .. still nervous about eating ... I did go out yesterday for lunch with a friend who was visiting and I had a muffin and a couple of cups of coffee ... and about 4 crackers for breakfast ... ummmm oh and a little gelato in the afternoon ... TOM has finally made an appearance (think the attacks last week scared TOM off making an actual appearance just joining in with the pain lol) so Im feeling a little dizzy etc (no meat since that rissole last week and nothing else really in the protein line either)... but I have dinner planned for tonight and will do my best to eat it ..

Oh on the plus side .. when I was at the doctors he got me on the scale .. and I like his scale more than mine lol ... his and the treadmill places ones have me lower than my one lol .. according to his one I am 238 hehehe ... but that is probably only because I hadn't eaten really for the last few days .. so will see what happens next week .. but Im going to try to eat over the next few days at least .. especially as I have that 5km walk coming up on Sunday

How is everyone else this week ...very quiet in here :/

Katt yikes! I know why you put off going to the doctor. Time for an overhaul I guess. If I were you I would change batteries or get a new scale! Good news about the blood pressure. Good luck on all the rest.
It is very quiet. Almost as bad as the summer.

Way to go liv! I would think you would feel great already!
Katt looking forward to some new pictures of the house. Hopefully this summer I will get the last of my carpet out and new fake wood floor in. Then I just have one bath floor left. After that will be something else, there always is. Good luck with the jobs. I imagine you need to keep busy or you get yourself into mischief. How is your cook book coming?

Are you guys taking pictures of yourselves as for the tracking your progress purpose? This way you will visually see how your body is transforming (plus it'll give you a little extra boost of confidence to keep going)

Loss has been slow for me lately, but I've been a bit stressed out and I know that tends to mess with me. I also made the mistake of eating McDonalds for the first time in months, and although I ate within my calories (I allowed myself 700, ate about 650) I guess I'm just not used to the high sodium levels anymore and have barely budged on the scale.

But! I'm still moving in the right direction. And more importantly, I am 40lbs down from my highest ever weight. I now have only 100lbs to go to meet my end goal. And this is the number I was at about 6 months ago when I let myself slide backwards and regain 20lbs.

The best thing is that I can clearly see a difference in weightloss by diet alone, and weightloss with exercise. I don't know for sure, but I reckon I must have lost a bit more fat this time around, but gained a bit of muscle, as I'm definitely smaller than I was the last time I was at 258.

I don't know that I'll reach my goal of 250 by the end of this challenge, since I'll be away on holiday for 10 days over Easter, but I'm going to keep aiming for it and trying!

Hi all ... well Im back from The Colour Run ... and while I walked the majority of it there were spurts of jogging to pass people and then I ran the last 50 meters to the finish .. so happy with my result ... I had aimed to get it done in 60 minutes max ... and I managed to do it in 44.45 minutes!! Was so pleased with that .. feeling a little sore now cos it wasn't all flat (part of it was a section of the bush walk) .. so yup .. really pleased ... here are the pics:
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...1&l=8cae41bb47

Hopefully that works right

FERRIS - Nice to see you back hun, I figured you were busy so no worries and you are doing great ... better than you were 40 pounds ago right? Keep up the great work ... and as for the McDs ... no worries .. I don't think I will be down this week either .. regardless of the walk lol .. with TOM and BK today ... probably be lucky to maintain lol.

Off to play with my hunny .. actually more a case of nana nap lol ... TTYL!
