Thanks Fiona, so nice to be wanted. Trying to figure out this system and how and where to be.... so will concentrate on this one. Thanks.... feeling pretty good today.. going to weigh myself tomorrow for first time after starting this diet... so hope I see some progress, even after an evening of cheating ( had a party to go to. lots of free food and 3 beers.... yummmm think that is what i miss the most a cold beer..... well... sticking to my guns and feeling better, so i know in time will be looking better as well.
