  • Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.
  • Since I made it through the last leg successfully I'm going to do this one again:

My 10 day goal is to remain POP on WW, EVERY DAY!
  • I'm going for exactly the same thing, Judy.

Good job on the last leg.
  • Wish I could say I was still dry but I fell out of the boat. Back in my seat this morning with a good plan for today.

    Hi Angela.
  • I am getting on board life-jacket in hand. the last few weeks I have been gaining and losing the same 2 pounds.
  • Dry yesterday. Could have used more veggies though.
  • Another dry day yesterday. Didn't feel well so I ended up way beneath my points.
  • Can I join this hardy crew? Do you mind if I raise a sail? I'm a sailor from way back, so I can't imagine rowing when there's a nice wind blowing and a perfectly good sail we could put up. =smile=

The last couple of days I've been suffering from symptoms of depression, a old bug-a-boo, but I've stayed on plan, which for me is Atkins plus abstinence from my Big 3 problem foods (see sig).
  • We could use a sail Fiona. Welcome aboard.
  • Hello everyone. I am new to 3FC and would love to join you.
I am using MFP and am just counting calories. My goal is to stay in my calorie range and lose weight at weigh in.
  • Welcome Jen!

I was in the boat all day yesterday. It's nice to be dry.
  • Hey, Judy, glad you're doing well, and hello to pluckypear, Fiona, and Jen.

I have been splashing around in the water. I'm making a firm commitment to check in twice daily, at breakfast and bedtime, to at least get back on the road to accountability. I'm going to set my goal in the morning and check in at bedtime to report on my success.

My plan for just today is to track everything and stay within my WW allotment. I took a 10-minute walk before breakfast, but I want to exercise again today.
  • Ooooops! I should not have raised sail 'til I moved to the windward side of the boat. I fell out, I'm afraid. I ate three cookies this morning. Those evil cookies will be the death of me....

But I'm back on board now, very wet and most embarrassed.
  • Yesterday was dry.
  • Yesterday I was dry all day, and I feel on track for the same today. Where is everyone? Or more to the point, how is everyone? =smile=
