My new 10 day goals:
Stick like glue to my WW program weigh in there weekly. Drink,Drink,Drink my water. Think positively about why I want to lose. |
Day one. Met my goals.

Yikes. I jumped ship last time. Sorry, Judy! But good job keeping the boat afloat.
I'm back, with four goals, just to get back into the swing of things: 1. Track every day no matter what; 2. Stay within my WW points; 3. At least 10 minutes of intentional exercise; 4. Get my water in every day. |
Dry today. Here's to tomorrow.

Dry yesterday. Had to use a few of my allotted extra points though - bad choices.

My goals 1200 calories recorded daily water 100oz 30 min of exercise outside or 1 mile dvd workout |
Still dry! Met my goals yesterday. Enjoying my coffee and settling in for a nice row this morning. I may need a sweater for a few hours.

calories were right, carbs were higher than i like. No real exercise, but i did get my water in.

Damp yesterday. I stayed w/i my pts. with some extras but my choices were awful.

I'm doing okay with eating, but just by the skin of my teeth, and have not been exercising. I really need to get a handle on this semester.

Sheesh, I was swimming around again yesterday. Back and dry in the boat today. I need to be here every day twice a day, I think. Need lots of reminders that I'm in the middle of a long boat ride.
