I appreciate everyone's advice. :) I've told my husband to be careful with low/no fat stuff, so we'll be reading labels more often. Silver, I'm doing the calorie counting kind of thing. Well, sorta. I make better choices about what I'm eating, try to cut down on portion sizes, and log nearly every day in My Fitness Pal. My caloric goal for the day is 1680, which I normally go over but I think 1680 is just too low for my weight. Obviously I'm seeing a weight loss... at least in numbers (and in some funny areas, my mother in law commented on how my boobs look bigger because there's not as much upperbelly thing pushing up against them) so I'm going to keep on treckin'. I've just literally been stuck at the same size for SO long, though it used to fit a lot better than it used to, but I'm just sick of it. I just want so badly to shop in normal clothing size stores. My mom said they're so much cheaper :/ Lolo, I try to go as low carb as possible. I'm sure I could do a lot less carbs. My husband and I just came to the decision that we're going to have to deal with feeling hungry and we'll just have to get over it until our stomach catches up with our weight loss plan.

I totally know how you feel. I think we all do. It sucks! haha.

Jeans are the bane of my existance. I have some that fit, some that don't all in the same size. Sucks.

Then one morning, I get up and decide that I need to torture myself some more, and put on a pair that should not fit and low and behold, they slip on like a glove.

Go figure.

I can never feel like i am losing fast enough, because I do not SEE it. I just have to keep reminding myself that it took 18 years to get on, so it will take a few to get off. Not 18 but a few. Don't lose heart, it will happen.

Wheezy.
I am convinced my pants arent shrinking because of gravity! as i lose my fat hangs lower and lower cause of the extra skin and space.. but at 27 lbs lost, i am still the same size, things just fit better...

Be careful with restricting, cause that will halt weight loss... I use weight watchers (on my own, i dont pay for the program) because it sets an expectation for how much i need to eat to be in the right caloric place to lose. and then i can use my points how i want, so if i want mcdonalds, FINE, but i'll be eating healthy and light the rest of the day... Its been the best option for me because i dont have to restrict... There are very few things i believe i CANT have.

I also change up my exercise routine to boost loss and TONS of water, i DOUBLED my water intake (which was low to begin with) and saw a huge loss...

I also measure rather than just weighing... I know with the cardio and strength training, i'm also going to be building more muscle...

Hang in their... and remember to be kind and loving to yourself...
