I think I went to light on calories and then ate to much at dinner. Plans changed due to sleet and I ended up making potato soup and ate a big bowl of it loaded with cheese and bacon. Way too many calories at one time.
Well due to the flu I have been soaking wet the last 3 days. I have slept 70 of the last 74 hours. Still logging everything I eat. ( which is not much) But adding exercise to my routine has not happened. Starting to feel a little better today, but am not going to push it. Hope to be up and moving by the weekend!
I'm not well, still, so not exercising--nausea gets worse when I move much, so I'm just taking it easy until this thing is really gone. Eating, on the other hand, is no problem. The problem remains convincing myself to eat much...
