Welcome to the newest segment of 10 days in the life boat.

Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support.

So what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

I made the last day of 2012 POP. YAY!

My goals for this leg:

Stick to my WW Program. No high point diversions. This means remembering every day that I'm trying to get healthier not just lighter.

Do some exercise every day. Count activity points.

YAY, Judy. Here's to an OP year.

My goals for this segment:

1. Stick to my WW points.
2. Get at least 10 minutes intentional exercise daily, plus try to avoid sitting for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
3. 64 oz of non-caffeinated beverages daily.

new plan for me...
exercise has to be on the TOP of my daily list!! I wont lose without it!!!
drink nothing but water other than my 1 mug of coffee each day.
get in 10,000 steps a day even if it means just walking circles in the house.
calories need to be 12-1400 of healthy calories!!
Carbs below 40 per meal

100% dry yesterday. WhooHoo.
I may have to trade in my oars for cleats and push the boat. Everything here is freezing up.

I don't think our boat is in NY, Judy! I think we're in balmy waters somewhere...the Caribbean, probably.

I managed to make my goals yesterday. Water and exercise are always challenging for me, so this will be an important 10 days.

I didnt drink enough water but I did stay on track with calories and exercise. I will increase water today! Scales moved down 1lb over night.

Thursday was dry and it's getting warmer. I think I'll be rowing rather than ice sailing for a while. Got in some stretching and weights and stayed w/i my points. YAY!

Today was mostly dry. I wasn't able to avoid sitting for more than 20 minutes at a time, because I was stuck in a very crowded doctor's office waiting room for over an hour. But otherwise, doing okay. It's interesting how WW seems to be giving me accountability. I have to figure out how to avoid losing momentum.

doing good staying dry and rowing along. TOday is sat the day I normally fall out of the boat. Well today I am super glued to the seat!!!
