welcome new friends to the boat. I struggled a bit yesterday. I felt bad and when I do I want to reach for food. Glad today is a new day!

Thanks for the welcomes, all! I've been tracking for 8 days in a row! Staying dry so far!! It feels really good to be on track. It feels good to work in a treat I want. It feels equally good to eat healthier treats and not feel guilty, too!

I am still dry here! Just logged in on my FP for day 5! Amazing how much better I feel when eating healthy!

I did okay yesterday. Didn't get all my water in though.
