Progress Picture...1/3 of the way there
 

Something happened today that hasn't happened in a very long time....well 2 things

1. I LET someone take a picture of me.
2. I LIKED the picture. Granted my Grandson is in the pic so that makes it that much better.

So tonight I did a little cropping and photo shopping to make a before / after photo. But this is actually a before / during pic. I have lost at least 1 chin!

The before pic is my daughter's high school graduation on June 2nd. I started dieting on Junly 5th. It was HOT the day of graduation, I felt like a cow! That was before my knee repair (July 16) I could barely walk...much less squat! I didn't even think of the squatting part until mnemosyne mentioned it. We had her graduation reception the day before graduation, I was in soooo much pain the day of graduation. I also remember having our picture taken and thinking....just get this over with...then HIDE the pic!!

Yesterday my son's GF stopped at work with my Grandson. She said let's get a pic of Rylan and Gramma. I was actually happy to have it taken. I think this pic will be a big motivator for me!

Thank you all! yes I think my grandson is adorable!! He is one of my biggest motivators!! I want to be an ACTIVE part of his life. Not just sit by the sidelines and watch him grow. I love that little man SO MUCH!
