I'm pretty excited about losing another pound! Right now I am 4 pounds away from my second mini goal ~ 280s! I am also 1 pound away from another dragon fly in my signature (5 lbs)!!

It's a small victory, but a victory none the less!

my victory is doing the elliptical machine for 35 mins today. I used to be able to do it for less than 5 mins!
