Woo gonna do a midnight mile after work... Gotta love walking after work

i love being outside at night!! if it wasn't for the bears around here, i'd love to go for walks at night enjoy it for me!

Omg if I would have seen a bear it would have been a run instead of a walk! Lol

LOLOL! i live on the alaskan coast and bears are all over here, especially this time of year when the salmon and berries are out...even though i live in a suburban area, bears wander down the streets all the time...they arent scared of people and just become pests...big black 400-pound pests ugh

i'll tell you a story one time our niece came home at night and didnt shut the door all the way...a black bear followed her into the house and started getting into our garbage INSIDE...my husband came out and pointed a gun at it and told it to get out...it went as far as the front door, then turned around and charged him in the living room...he shot it between the eyes but it ran out the front door and no one ever found it...months later at the glacier a friend took a photo of a giant black bear, 500 pounds or more, with a healed bullet wound right between the eyes

the first time I started jogging for c-to-5k (earlier this week) I went to the hs track down the street at 9 pm so no one else would be there to see my jiggling/jogging. The mosquitoes ate me alive so I look like I have chicken pox and one flew up my nose. I no longer care who wants to watch my blubber flubber while I jog. I do it at the Y in broad daylight now.

Alaskanlaughter I had always fancied living in Alaska.....now I know I would be much too much of a wuss!
Chubbygirl how are you doing with the c-5k? I have in my head I may try to run a 5k next year when I am nearer my goal weight but not sure if it would be for me!!
