I had an amazing day today staying OP. I have WW points to spare and I completed my best workout yet! I did an hour on the treadmill at a brisk pace followed by 90 minutes of water aerobics. I would be celebrating right now if my body weren't screaming in protest. My ankles are a little swollen, I'm tired, and my body is sore all over.
