Hello everyone! The last two weeks has been crazy for me - I decided to maintain because I just couldn't focus on my WL with all of the maddness happening.

I did well and still managed to lose .6 lbs. so I'm happy with that. Now the stress is behind me and I'm ready to start today with a dry kinda day!

I've been dry all week and stayed OP! Tomorrow, I don't see being any different. I even went out to eat tonight at a fancy burger joint, and ordered a garden sandwich an added ham to it. So I had a salad on a wheat bun, really. I am pretty proud of myself and even picked at a few onion rings and fries. It feels good to cover up the basket that's still half full of food. I ate the sandwich, ate about 8 fries, and pushed it away. I was satisfied because I was considering every bite and every fry before I picked it up and decided I had a good taste of everything I was craving all week, tasted it and was happy not finishing it. I hope I can maintain those thoughts! Especially this weekend going to my brother's in Ft. Worth! ~fingers crossed~

I got a bit damp yesterday. Missed lunch so made some bad choices on the road and used some extra WW points. :-(

Need to some help hauling myself out of the water. At least we played some good water volleyball so I did get a bit of exercise.

I had such a wonderful relaxing day yesterday and stayed with in my calorie limit. I also got exercise working in the garden. I also got alot accomplished in the house.
