Green tea is very good for you and has antioxident properties. It won't make you hungry. I would suggest avoiding all processed foods and keeping your carbs very low. Pass on white bread, potatoes, white rice, all cookies and cakes. Also sugar plays a major factor in being "hungry" as it causes cravings. Once you wean yourself off the sugar, the cravings will stop. Often times when we think we're hungry we're actually thirsty. Drink plenty of water when this happens, and the hunger may go away.

It said my maintenance calories are 2326/day, fat loss 2168/day, and extreme fat loss is 'too low'.
Huh. I don't really understand what's too low about it? I use livestrong.com/myplate, and to lose 1.5 pounds per week at my current weight, my daily calorie goal is 1624. It seems to be pretty accurate, as that's the rate at which I've been losing. |
