Having A Tough Time..Need A PM Buddy!!!
Hello all..
I'm having a tough time getting started..I know what to do..have many weight loss tools to get me going and very tough to do this alone...When my family members have junk foods..mostly sweets, since its my weekness and very tough to say NO. I have healthy foods and do good for one day and the next..messed up. I loose my focus and no net friends to do this with me or a real life friend as well. I struggle last year and did not accomplished a thing. I don't want to waste this year and really want to loose at least 50 Lbs in 2012..but can not do this myself..alone. I ditch my daily weigh in habit and weigh in on a monthly basis.. I need some net buddies who is getting started on this. My weight loss toolbox...Richard Simmons videos and his foodmover A pedometer Calorie King book Am 45 yrs old and need buddies to keep me going I don't have no weight loss centers and rely on the net for moral support and compassion on the on going efforts on this. Lilian, I understand how hard this is for you as it is so very hard for me. I don't have a gym nearby either. Thankfully I do have a treadmill. I love Richard Simmons. His videos are wonderful as they are fun and you sweat at the same time. I'd love to be buddies with you.
