I have PCOS and I had my first low glucose reaction today since I started the diet, it happened right after exercising. The extra snack to raise my blood sugar put me over calories. Back on plan tomorrow!

Not getting journaling back as a habit - scale looking better but it amazes me how much recording each bite keeps me focused.

Today is my official weigh-in day. I am down 3.8 lbs from last week for a total of 21.8 lbs. since i started this journey on Nov. 7th.

Feeling positive about this - have be to say I am inspired by others on this forum who have had large wight loses. It confirms for me that it can be done. It use to be that if I only saw a 2 lb. loss in a week I would be depressed and ready to give up but now I have a healthier view and every loss now is closer to my goal of a healthy life.

We can all do this!

Great news Vicki!

I'm struggling to stay on plan today, and am a little discouraged because I haven't made any huge jumps in my exercise ability. Still stuck at about 12-14 minutes of aerobics. I remember when I could do a full 25 minute workout! Bah. It also seems like exercise upsets my stomach a little bit. Anyway, the day isn't over yet, if I work at it I can stay on plan... but I'm wearing my life vest just in case.

Yesterday I seemed to fallen into the salt water. I had a rough time with salt cravings. TOM is more then likely the reason. Gonna stay strong and drink extra water all day.

Thanks Stranded - I am really stumbling with the exercise piece and I know it has to be part of my life for this to work for me.

I think I am going to wear a life jacket today - I am going Christmas shopping today and in the past it has been a good excuse to have lunch out (nothing healthy of course) and buy calorie laden goodies. I plan to stay out of the restaurants today - I will eat before I go out and have a cup of tea at the food court!

My feet got wet this weekend, I went over my daily calories two out of three days, but I am dry today, and will stay that way!

Keeping on the life jacket. Between the ebola-cold from **** and TOM on the way, I'm guaranteed to get wet.

Pushing protein and fluids.

Hugs,
Ratkity
