Boat is steading. Fixed the leak and it's drying out. Seas are calming. Managed yesterday with no problems!

One bad day foodwise yesterday but back in the boat today. Scale is up 4 lbs here too. DH and I did do a local turkey trot along the river so go exercise in plus some much needed fresh air.

Hi all, glad to see you guys are keeping the boat afloat.

I've been swimming a bit. Will be back with you for #6.

My goal is to get back to everyday exercise and to reduce my calorie limit just a bit. I'm going to try over the next few days to get myself to a place where I feel like I can stick to that for 10 days.

Keep up the good work, all.

Angela

Fell out of the boat yesterday even though I pre-planned my calories -- I forgot we were having some wine with dinner so ended up 300 calories over. Oops. But I don't think it's a huge problem because today I am wearing jeans and a shirt which were too tight for me just a month ago.

I'd weigh myself but my scale broke after hubby thought it would be fun to scoot it around the floor and see the difference in his weight depending on where the scale was sitting. I have a good scale but it doesn't go above about 305, and I'm apparently still over 305... not sure if I'll buy a new scale at this point.

Well I am down another lb. and I did get to the gym yesterday for a good workout. I have not however recorded any of the food I have eaten.
I know I am staying under calories but I also know that I am teetering on the side of the boat and will be going in the water soon if I don't start recording my food intake.

Hopping in (make sure everyone leans to counterbalance me). I don't know what is wrong with me. I lost so much weight when I went off to uni, I did extreme dieting most successfully. I get derailed so easliy. Boohiss to me.

No worries! We have lots of life preservers! Keep swimming (sings "just keep swimming").

Last week I think I ate everything not nailed down. I'm home now. Drying out. I'll pull everyone back in da boat!

So far, the damage shows 2 lbs up. Sometimes, it takes a few days for poundage to show up on me, but I'm hoping that's the Tday week damage. The good news is that I did one 13 mile bike ride. Did pretty good keeping ahead of the mosquitoes. OMG, they are as big as hummingbirds at the beach! I got to play in the hot tub with the niece and nephew. Went to play tether ball in the backyard and was chased out by the humongous bugs! Unseasonably warm in the Outer Banks.

Got towels now! Dry off!

Hugs,
Ratkity

OOPS! An oar fell in the water yesterday. I was able to retrieve it, though I got a little damp in the process. I think I've fixed that oarlock.

Yesterday was much much better and scale is down a lb. Today I will record each bite - a key to my success.

My weight loss has slowed down but I am trying to keep positive and if I lose even a lb. a week it is a loss.

I still am not recording everything I eat - I feel I am dangling my fingers over the boat and almost touching water. What is my problem???
