Good morning!
I am back, did you miss me?? Well, I really blew my plan off last week. I didn't even track my calories for five days, which I haven't done since I started a plan. But it will be all right. I am back at work today, and back on plan.
I hope you all had a very happy Thanksgiving holiday!

Hey goodnuff, Glad to see you. It was a ghost town in this thread yesterday!

Day two back POP. I was hungry when I went to bed last night, but the tummy growling actually gave me some pleasure. I was proud of myself for staying UNDER my daily calories instead of mindlessly grazing over that calorie goal.

One of the great things about tracking my calories with myplate, when I log in for a new day, hey, IT'S a NEW DAY. Nothing to feel guilty about, no deficits or excesses recorded, just a new day's total calories to enter. IDK, I guess I'm silly like that, but I like seeing my 'clean slate' every morning, it's just one more chance to get it right.

My sister is working a plan too (and doing really well btw). She told me this morning that she is on day 75 of her 100 day challenge. Holy crapadoly. I can't believe how much time has passed already!!!

I hope you wonderful ladies are doing well.
