Well you should try to engage yourself in some work in order to avoid this type of problem.

I don't believe I have a problem, sometimes certain foods have hidden sodium. How is engaging myself in some work going to avoid this type of problem?

I had a pretty good day yesterday in the lifeboat. I did have too much sodium but i knew it was in the kraut. I will just flush with extra water today.
Heat is on this morning...wasnt ready for it but cant have babies with cold hands and faces running around.

Learn - agreed. Some foods are surprisingly good at hiding sodium. You always push that water the next day. I think it's very astute of you to be so aware of the sodium.
BTW - I check no on the exercise box.
POP food wise though.

I had another great day. Hubby asked for his favorite pasta dish. I made a small pan of it and measured out mine and the same with sauce. I fixed a big salad to go with it and NO BREAD. I was full and felt good that I had served what he asked for but limited our amount. I didnt exercise either, we are having cold and rainy weather so I didnt take the kids out in it. I never made myself get out the dvd.

Good morning! I am in the boat today.
I hope you are all having a wonderful on plan day!
j-ann, glad to see you're smiling!!
learn - sodium is a pain in my booty. LOL, I am always shocked at how much is hiding in my 'healthy' food choices.
dgramie - That is really cool that you were able to make your hubby's special request & not blow your plan. Yay for successful changes!!
gggirls - I'm so glad your food choices were right on target.

Fasting today. Have the fibroidectomy today (myoectomy is what it's called, methinks). Stupid 30 min procedure is at 4pm! *sob* I know I won't die of starvation and can safely miss a few meals. I'm just being whiney because I'm scared this won't help the horrid TOM problem and iron loss.
Sooooooo... I'm going to go shopping this morning and pack a bit for my camping trip.
Stay dry in the boat!!
Hugs,
Ratkity

Rat - aren't you supposed to rest instead of go camping after the procedure?
Keep us posted!

The procedure went well. Um rest? Of course I'll be resting!! I'll be resting with a fishing pole and a line in the water looking for those sneaky catfish.
I'm doing well and will keep my fingers crossed that this will help with that nasty TOM!
Meanwhile, I'm still in the lifeboat and dry.
Hugs,
Ratkity

Another good day of eating. Hubby wanted pizza last night, so I prepared myself. I skipped lunch and drank mega amounts a water before and after the 2 slices I ate. It also helped that we ate dinner before 4 pm, so I managed to avoid a massive amount of water retention.
Have a great day all!
Carol ?

I also had another great day of eating. My knee is feeling a bit weak today so will just have to count chasing kids and housework as my exercise. I get to have 2 of my grandkids for the weekend.
