Hi, I am new to this thread. I am at a antique fair and am struggling with not eating some of the food offerings. So I got on this thread and read some things. It is helping me stay healthy. I started eating healthy in mid-January and have been losing around 10 pounds a month. I do not want to change back to my old self. I count cals. And eat low fat, low carb, and low sugar as best I can. Phew for everyone who shares.
