Scale went down YAY!
Finally After 3 weeks of watching what I eat and walking I am down around 7 bls(dont't have a digital scale) Feeling really motivated this time more so then ever before I haven't stuck with anything this long before and I am still in it 100%. I know I have a long way to go but one pound,one step at a time.
I Have a toothache that started Sunday,Got to the dentist tuesday and I have 2 abcess teeth so I am on antibiotics and pain killers for a week until they can pull them :( but I am gonna go for my walk just keep my mouth closed so the air doesnt bother it..Good luck to all and have a good one! |
Awesome! Three weeks and exercise. Sounds like you're heading in the right direction baygurl.
So sorry to hear about your bad teeth. Ouch. Keep up the great work, I want all of us out of the 300's. |

7 pounds in 3 weeks is great! I'm averaging a pound in 10 days and would love to be at 2 pounds a week.
