Thanks everyone for the prayers, please continue them. He is out of the ICU and they said if he continues to improve he might go home tomorrow.

My mouth is still sore, and I am still eating mush. LOL! Well actually cottage cheese and soup and so forth. Some not so diet friendly. I will give it a few days though. I had two, count them, two buttered biscuit for b'fast! I never eat biscuit! Not that I don't like them. Can you say fattening? They were soft though.......

Aww, Ruth, hope things get better on all fronts soon.

Not much going on here, except fighting with mice in the basement again. I should've moved when my lease was up in June, but I thought we'd gotten rid of them....

I've fallen completely off the exercise wagon and I need to get back on. I can see the difference in my mood as well as other places.

Weight is maintaining, eating is okay but I haven't been journalling carefully, which I know is a bad sign.

Okay, the next week will be a chance to get closer to where I want to be. I'm going back to journalling every bite, and I'm going to go back to a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise as a way to get back into the daily habit.

Enjoy what's left of the weekend, all.

Im thrilled to announce I faced finger foods twice this weekend and won the battle. Finger foods are my favorite and my biggest weakness!! It feels good to be pop!! Now to get exercise as a daily routine!

Battled with food Sat. Had to use spare WW points. At least I didn't have to use them all.

Sunday was fine.

Lots of challenges to meet at the end of the week so I need to be on my "game" and plan and prepare ahead.

Hi all, just a quick hello this evening.

I am staying okay with eating, haven't been exercising regularly, but *maybe* I'm on track to get "caught up" so I can get life a little more orderly.

Hope to be checking in more regularly in the weeks ahead...

I still can't chew well, I don't know if that is a blessing or a curse. I tend to eat things that are not so diet friendly. The scale is still where it was and that may be a good thing.

ruth-(hugs) hope your mouth heals soon.

angela- I have to have my house in order for my mind to be in order. Sounds crazy but if things get out of control here I lose control with my eating.

judy- make a solid plan. I know you can do it!

carol- how did yesterday go?

heather- hugs and hope your doing ok!

I was moody yesterday and no clue why. I didnt eat the house though which is a big improvement.In fact I wasnt that hungry at all. Im thinking maybe I was just overtired or something.
I will get exercise today!!! I WILL!!!!

Yesterday was a banner day for me - today I will try to bottle some of that initial positive energy for a time in the future. The plan is in place - just need to execute it.

Stressed at both jobs, and trying to clear out the house -- finally, after 10 years of living in practically a storage unit! Which is going well, but has taken the place of diet/exercise in my life. I'm up 10 pounds from before I went on vacation, which just ticks me off, but I can't pretend I don't know why. The calorie count seems to be back on track this week, although it's not necessary composed of "good" foods. Trying to get back on the exercise wagon, but it's moving to fast for me to jump on right now

I've got to get back into Little Engine That Could territory -- I think I can, I think I can...

Well so much for a successful week -- I was at work until 6:30, and until walking to the store and getting sushi, we drove in the rain and bought cheese and crackers and chocolate :-( Tomorrow, I guess...phooey.

Heather, and all others too stressed to post: I feel your pain!

Why am I posting at 1:37 central time? Coz I just finished getting ready for my classes in the morning. Was working on a new version of the department web site all day, which needs to get posted live by the end of the week if possible.... my students had better not complain of overwork tomorrow
