@best, I added you on my yahoo. ali_cheeks.. I am going to start the c25k tonight.. I don't think I am ready to do it on the treadmill yet.. I am scared to fall off lol.. I am going to first try it when I do my evening walk. Going to the gym at lunch though to do the machines.. :)
