I can definitely relate to the "mental swings".

One minute it's an acceptance and making small changes and being proud of what I've done. The next it's guilt and shame and how could I ever let it get this way and it won't come off fast enough. Sometimes in the same breath!

Such a juxtaposition of opposite feelings that go hand-in-hand. It's very odd, and I completely understand it.

Thanks for sharing. It seems that we all have similiar feelings about our weight and diet issues. It's nice to hear it being addresed publicly in an honest way.
