Hey Everyone (Back Again)
Not sure if anyone remembers me but I used to post a while back. I got sidetracked with family issues (2 deaths in the family) and had to deal with depression and gained back all the weight I lost expect for maybe 20 pounds. My eating had become so out of control I asked my doctor to put me on an appetite suppressant which he did and it's working, it's helping me to eat normal portion sizes and not feel hungry. So I'm back and more determined than ever because now I have sleep apnea and it's such a pain! My doctor told me that once I lose some weight I should be able to go back to breathing normal when I'm sleep. Well I just wanted to let everyone know I was here and hopefully this time I'm here to stay because I love the advice and support I receive here!
