So far so good!!!
Ok so I am going into week three now of my new healthier eating styles and I come with good news... I am down 12.2 lbs in two weeks. :D And my wonderful fiance is down 13 lbs. We are been eating really well and have one "cheat" meal on Saturday night, so we don't feel so "deprived." My next goal is to start drinking more water and to start getting in some walking!! :carrot::carrot:
