Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I like the quote but there are so many deeper reasons as to why we are all on this journey.

Nothing tastes as good as...

being able to run alongside my son
being able to go up and down the stairs without feeling weak
showing my son what it means to be healthy
being able to conceive a second child at a healthy weight
loving myself for who I am

nothing tastes as good as....

hiking a mountain with my fiance.
riding a roller coaster comfortably.
air plane trips without arm rests digging into my sides.
not having to worry if i'll fit in the booth or break the chair.
wearing clothes that don't look like they double as bed sheets.
super cute undergarments!

nothing tastes as good as

your husband saying you look HOT!!
being able to run up a flight of stairs without puffing
being able to go on a ride without being worried about the seatbelt, lap bar not fitting

Nothing tastes as good as...
not being the largest size in the store!

This is EXACTLY how I feel!! :)

nothing tastes as good as

having cute clothes that fit.
having a good blood pressure reading.
not getting short of breath walking in the mall.
being able to play with my grandkids.
having energy!!

Nothing tastes as good as...

wearing my husband's t shirts to bed
riding a bike
not worrying if I can fit in a booth
sex after a 100+ lb weight loss ;)

Sticking to a promise you make to yourself to make healthy choices in an effort to have the energy to fully live life!!!

being able to get on the ground to play with niece and nephew
buying new clothes that are not plus size
not having people gawk at you when you go into restaurants or public places

nothing tastes as good as...

being able to run around with my daughter
being able to buy clothes anywhere
fitting in a booth
sitting with my legs crossed
running a 5K
not being fat!

Nothing tastes as good as...

• reaching a healthy weight so I can have kids
• wearing clothes I like rather than just what fits
• being able to go out with friends and know your not the 'fat friend'
• knowing I can do this all by myself and acheive something worthwhile

Nothing tastes as good as..
Being able to fit on any ride at Disneyland comfortably.
Wearing jeans you haven't touched in YEARS.
Feeling proud of yourself pushing 5-10 more minutes on a elliptical.
Wearing your ex boyfriends ( Who dumped you because you were to "fat" ) shirts to the gym and feeling them get looser and losser each week

Nothing tastes as good as...

being able to conceive a child with my husband
being comfortable flying without belt extenders or arm rests killing me
walking into any store, anywhere and buying the fashionable clothing I love.
looking as beautiful on the outside as I feel on the inside.
