April 3: 175. 2 (-1.8) April 10: 175.0 (-0.2) April 17: 173.2 (-1.8) April 24: 174.8 (2nd TOM in the same month. How is that fair??!) May 1: 170.8 (-4.0) Today I am no longer obese!!! HOORAY for being overweight! April 3: 254 (I think this is wrong. My scale is being very inconsistent lately. I'm getting a new one, but 254 is what came up the most. The range that I got was 251-267.) April 3: 309 April 10: 307 April 17: 307 April 24: 307. sigh. May 1: 307. no comment. May 8: 3 - 0 - 7 May 15: 306. I am grateful for this one pound. May 22: 304! (I can see 299 comin round the bend at last) May 29: 304. I'm okay with maintaining this week. June 5: 303 June 12: 303 June 19: 303 June 26: Bummer... I'm traveling and not near a scale I trust until I get home at the end of the week. If I use last week's weight, I can say I've lost 7 pounds in 13 weeks, which I guess is an average of a half pound a week. I really, really think I should be averaging a pound a week. Time to re-evaluate, again, I guess. How's everyone else's total looking? Okay, I'm just going to use June 19's weight. Spring weight loss tally -7 |
