50 lbs gone forever!
Well it's official, Monday when I did my official weekly weigh in my weight loss was exactly 50 lbs! Yippee! I've lost a significant amount of weight before but this time it feels different. I find myself automatically making good choices, not feeling deprived and I really believe this time it will be gone forever.
I don't post here often but I read frequently and reading your stories of success or even struggle makes me feel like I'm not in this alone and not the only one fighting and making successes, small or big!
Keep up the great work all. :)
