okay started today(sunday)
excited that i actually started my diet today, i requested a blog from here, but i haven't heard anything back but it helps for me to write down everything and hope that someone reads it ha.. and i got 3 fruits and 9 cups of water..which are two of my biggest issues..no exercise...i downloaded a belly dance video, but i refuse to do it in front of anyone else, so i have to wait until the living room is empty, trying to get zumba also, hurt my legs doing stupid lunges yesterday on the bl wii game, so i was not going to attempt today. my calories was around 1300 but im guessing i will have a lil something else before i go to bed, i am a night owl. anyways that is that.:dizzy: just looking forward to that day when the scale starts with a 2 instead of a 3

Hello and welcome to 3FC. Good for you for making good choices right out of the gate. Way to go! Sorry that you hurt your legs.
I am also waiting for those days when my weight no longer starts with anything higher than 2! and then anything higher than 1! LOL. We can do it! |
Congrats on the diet. My legs kill me after I do the Biggest Loser Boot Camp. Eat lean protein and drink lots of water. Also try to rest. It is the best for your muscles. But don't give up. Work though the pain. I cry. No joke! But when i am done I feel amazing even though whenever I have to pee I cringe because siting down hurts.

Welcome! I think you have a good idea of tackling your biggest issues first. When I first started I told myself that even if I felt like I could not resist eating junk food, I could at least add in my veggies, fruit, and water. That was a big help because eating the veggies and fruit and drinking the water helped me cut back on the junk food. Sounds like you are on the right track.

thanks everyone for your words :) so my belly dancing video, i thought would be fun, not so much, i quit after 25 mins, if i can get the zumbas, i just hate knowing that im exercising;)
