I got a card today...

A woman I was very good friends with in Junior High (483 years ago) and lost touch with has a couple kids that go to my kid's schools. So we got back in touch via Facebook and seeing each other around schools. Nothing too serious but she is a very sweet woman. She used to be a bigger girl back in the day but now she is just so tall and thin and beautiful. Anyway. I was having a whiny day and was giving myself a hard time and posted on my FB Status that I was being hard on myself and had to knock it off!
The next morning when dropping my little one at PreSchool she came up to me and gave me a card. When I got to the car and opened it I just bawled my eyes out. She wrote in it that I was an inspiration and beautiful and to keep going because she was counting on me. Man you just have no idea how good that felt. I am so lucky to have friends like that in my life.
