Time for a New Playlist
For me, music during a workout is essential, but I'm getting tired of the music I have on my mp3 player for working out, so I'm looking for new suggestions. What songs get you moving?
Here's a couple I have on the beginnings of my mp3 workout makeover: "One Girl Revolution": Superchick "Cross That Line": Superchick "We Live": Superchick (ok, so I may be a little bit of a Superchick fan!) "Asereje/The Ketchup Song": Las Ketchup (don't judge!) "Cue The Pulse To Begin": Brownstone Project "I Dare You": Shinedown "Pon de Replay:" Rihanna "We R Who We R": Ke$ha "Raise Your Glass": Pink "Firework": Katy Perry |

It's not a recent song, but I really like "Fly from the inside" by Shinedown. It inspires me on a lot of levels.
