Hi, I'm new

Hello everyone! I'm Lani. I've lost 10 pounds doing Atkins but due to liver complications I've had to go on low calorie, which I find vey hard.
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and supporting others taking this journey with me.

Sorry to hear of your liver problems. Many of us have fatty livers that can lead to NASH (non alcoholic steatohepititis).

Btw, my NASH disappeared with weight loss.
