Yet another newbie!
 

Hello everyone! My name is Katie, I am 30 years old and I started on the WW plan 3 weeks ago. So far i have lost 12.4 lbs and I'm excited about starting my new life. I have been on a diet roller coaster all of my life, as a matter of fact I do not ever recall being "skinny".

A few years ago I went through a horrible break up with my ex husband who left me because I was not able to have children due to my weight. I found out when he left me his now wife was already pregnant. Talk about a slap in the face.

Since then i have very happily remarried, my husband is a disabled vet although he is only 28 years old. He is a daily reminder that no matter how crappy things can be something positive is right around the corner.

I am a very strong believer that everything happens for a reason and there is a reason I am beginning my weight loss adventure now! I am very excited to see what lays ahead of me and I'm hoping for as few obstacles as possible.
