Wlecome. This is the most amazing site. I've been a member here for a while myself and it's so true that if you stop posting you start going back to your old habits. I also started high and I lost the weight but stopped posting and slowly started falling back into my old habits. now I'm back again and I fully realize now how helpful these boards are. The people here are the best support I could ever have and when I need it they are redy to kick me in the butt too:)
