I have an NSV!

I went to the gynecologist yesterday just for a discussion of hormone replacement therapy (yes, hot flashes, insomnia, etc. etc. ICK)--I knew I wasn't going to be taking off any clothing, so that may have something to do with this (LOL), but after 3-1/2 weeks of on-plan, whole- and superfood eating, my weight was 306 and my blood pressure was 110/69.

Back on July 20, when I saw my primary care doc, I weighed 321 and my blood pressure was 145/80. So it's 15 pounds and a whole lot of stress better. It's working, it's working!!!
