I'm Back!
 

Ok, so you didn't even know I was gone! :D

I signed up for 3FC last year and was on the wagon for a whole 2 seconds before I fell right off. Well, maybe it was a couple of weeks but it didn't last long. I only posted a few times and then disappeared into the gloom (ok, so it was really the refrig).

I am back and trying once again to get this weight off. Hopefully, I can stick with it this time. Just wanted to say Hi! and kind of do a re-introduction. I am glad to see that so many I remember from before are still here, plugging away at it, and losing. How wonderful!

I hope this is your time, because seriously, losing the weight is nothing short of an earth shattering miracle for me. I hope you can stick it out this time and get to a healthy weight because it is more worth it than any amount of sugar or crap you put into your body..

Please don't give up this time. Every day you put it off is another day of pain and suffering.

OK, so this really got me Lori. Here I sit at my desk at work crying. You are so right - I am miserable even though I am really good at hiding it from myself.
