Default New here and trying to change my life.
Hello, well first off I just signed up today, and was happily suprised to see there was a group of 300+ I am literally the biggest person I know, yes even my husband(which is more painful than I want to admit) and I didnt know if there were many other people who are as big as I am, thankfully I am not the only one, most of the time I def feel that way... I am just getting started yet again, I lost 20lbs and gained 5 back. I feel pretty hopeless, I lost 20lbs, and I worked really hard for it, and its seemed to take forever and then I gained it back so easily, I feel very frustrated, but its going to be so nice to be able to talk! So I would love to meet new friends, sometimes I feel so alone. Thanks for listening!!

It's a great place to start your day or end it. We want to hear about the positive things that happend to you the day before or that very day. It doesn't always have to be about losing a few pounds, it can be anything positive. A great day at work, a good nights sleep, whatever. I start my day there every morning with my cup of coffee. Welcome, Chrissy! I'm new here too and haven't really posted that much, but I get so much encouragement just from reading everyone elses posts and nodding my head in agreement/understanding. We are definitely not alone in this!
