Hello everyone

I'm new to to this board. I've been on my current diet since May 5th of 2009 I have been following medifast, I have 2 weeks left of my stock and then I'm going to switch to South Beach as my wife is already on the diet. I started at 415 pounds and I'm down to 350 looking to get to 245. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and all the support and advice we can give to each other.
