It's Official!!!
Good afternoon all. Well today is my birthday and this morning we found out it's official. Between the kids and I we have lost 100 pounds since December:
That's: 15 for April 50 for me and 35 for Estevan. It just doesn't get any better than that. Maybe by the end of the year, we can all make it 200!! |

Faith - sorry I didn't get a chance to reply yesterday but let me be first to wish you a Happy Day After Birthday - celebrate you each and every day. Now as for the accomplishment - wow! Life changes are being made - I watch with admiration at the activity level you have all taken on - and it seems to be sustainable as you each seem to enjoy doing what you're doing.
