Hi everyone !! Thought I would join your group since I am over 300 (hopefully below that soon enough). My name is Mel and I live in Colorado. I have been overweight since I was probably 12 or so and it kept coming on, until now!

I started MRC a couple a weeks ago and a right before that started picking up some physical activity as well.

I hope to be encourage you guys and get encouragement as well. We are all in this together
