I'm Back!
 

I haven't been on for a long time about 2 years! I had a baby boy who is now 9 months old!!! I have lost 15 pounds on my own but am needing support. Luckily I only gained 7 pounds during my pregnancy. I am feeling really bummed out with the winter blues and am having a hard time getting going. Anyone else feeling the same way?

Glad you're back. Don't forget to post on the excercise thread. We've been doing great, we had an all-time high record for January and are looking to break records every month this year.
