Back in the game
 

All right. Here's the story. I actually lost weight this summer, but it was kinda by cheating. I worked at a camp and had no opportunity to eat the fast food I love. I was also outside running around all summer so the weight just came off.
However, for the past four months I have been home and have made little progress. I respond to stress by eating, and eating out every night has just become part of my routine. I'm not happy with my choices but it is so easy to "lie" to myself or do the "tomorrow" dance.
A recent trip highlighted just how out ofcontrol my wieght has become. It was the first time I actually changed my behavior because of my size. I used to be an athlete and miss those days. So I pledge to do something each day to move toward the person I want become. I guess I am posting it here to remind myself I really do want to change. It is so wonderful to have this forum to turn to for inspiration and support. Thanks to all of you who post progress pics and let people like me know it actually can be done. Best of luck to you all. And here I go....:D
