300+ Exercisers 216,854: keep this number in mind...

  • because it's the number of minutes the 300+ group exercised in 2009. That's right, we worked our little hineys off. We and and and and and and more! And we got fitter in the process.

    And we did it for 216,854 MINUTES!!
    That's 3,614.23 HOURS!!
    That's 150.59 DAYS!!
    That's 21.5 WEEKS of exercise!!!!!
    THAT'S AWESOME!!!

    We invite all the members of 300+ to join us in 2010 to BREAK THAT OLD RECORD!! Smash it to bits!!

    It's easy! Just exercise, and then come and record the number of minutes in the monthly thread -- adding your minutes to the total!! Many of us set goals to motivate us, but it is NOT necessary.

    So not only will YOU get into the habit of exercise and get your bod in tip top shape, but you'll be helping OTHERS set a higher goal as well!

    And we need EVERYONE'S help to do this! Seriously, even if you don't exercise a lot, we could use your numbers!

    So, help us while you help yourself and start posting on the exercise thread!!! (stickied at the top of the 300+ forum!!)

  • That's a good analysis... we usually do best in the summer months, but November and December really tank. I remember last year in March wondering if we'd really make it and then we really rocked the summer months!
