Hello everyone,
Hi im Nicole and I really need a good suport group to help me loose alot of weight,I weigh 413pounds and have several problems,I have ddd in my lower back which makes it hard to do certain excersies,and thyroid,high blood pressure and pcos,and on and on.I do belive with good people like ya'll and God on my side I will loose this weight! Thank you guys for helping me on this jorney.

You can totally rock this, we all can. We've all been there. I remember when I weighed 340+ and I believe at one time I was actually 350. I remember how big I felt, how I couldn't do certain things, how my body just wasn't well and now I'm 270 pounds, totally NOT where I want to be and NOT without many struggles, BUT here I am growing into myself, losing all that weight that has held me down for so many years.

We all have struggles and venting and talking about it here really helps me. People will push you when you need it or they'll just hug you and comfort you when you are needing that as well. I struggle a lot at times and recently just went through yet another weight and depression struggle, but I keep on trucking along and I have to say that the people here at 3FC really do care and are always there when you allow them to be.

Thanks each of you for your welcome.My problem is I need to find a scale that will weigh me,the one at my doc' office only goes to 350. I did weigh 413 last week at the e.r. but I dont go there often. So I need to find a bigg scale..Today I went to the store and got some very low calorie snacks,my down fall was ice cream and now I just got 60calorie fudge bars and will limit myself to 2 aday or when I get to craving ice cream. I have to get this weight off it is making me soo miserable! I have to use a cpap machine to breathe a night and sleep in a recliner and I cant wait till I can sleep in my own bed and breathe normal again! Ok enough venting for one day,thanks for the warm welcome.

Oh yeah can a person buy two scales and use them at same time to weigh? Does any one know about this that weighed over 350 or more or problems weighing?

Hi Nicole I also had the same issue of not being able to weigh myself. I ended up buying a scale from this site.

They have some good deals every so often. But I do like the scale I got from them. I know how hard it is to feel motivated to lose when you can not even track your progress.

ETA: The one I have is the My Weigh XL440

When I was pregnant they used to weigh me in the hospital down in the basement on the laundry scale! How humiliating. Never again though

Just a fyi but I DID weigh myself on two scales until I got below 350 and it worked well!
